Oh no! Thinking about returning your Muesli?

At mueslihaus, we’re committed to our customers’ satisfaction, but we also know that returning food can be a bit tricky. That’s why we handle all of our returns on a case-by-case basis.

Share your story and why you want to return your Muesli by writing an email to myorder@mueslihaus.com. Our returns and refunds team will do their best to assess your case and determine the best possible outcome.

Terms and conditions

To be eligible for a refund from mueslihaus.com, your Muesli must have been purchased from mueslihaus.com.

If you have received your Muesli and realized that you bought the wrong one (and haven’t opened it yet), we will almost certainly allow you to return the bag and issue you a full refund. The process for a return is quite simple.

You can return it to us for a credit or refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. You are responsible for the return postage and the Muesli must be untouched with the tamper seals on.

Please email our team at myorder@mueslihaus.com for the return address. Once we have received the products in our returns warehouse, our team will confirm the condition of the products. Then, we’ll process a credit or refund.

Returned Muesli will NEVER be sent to other customers. But, it definitely won’t go to waste either. Our team loves Muesli!
