What’s in it?
- 4 grain flakes (wheat, barley, rye, oats)
- freeze-dried raspberries
- vegan chocolate flakes
- dried cranberries
- sunflower seeds
- flax seeds

Serving suggestions (on the haus)
- For a smoothie bowl: Blend together 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp nutella, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp honey, ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative) and a splash of almond milk (or milk alternative). Top with ⅓ cup royal Muesli, fresh raspberries, and chocolate chips.
- For overnight oats: Add ⅔ cup royal Muesli to a bowl or jar. Add ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk alternative), ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative), 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp almond butter, and ¼ tsp cocoa powder. Stir it all together. Put it in the fridge overnight. Take it out the next morning. Add fresh raspberries and enjoy!
- For oatmeal: Heat ⅓ cup of royal Muesli and ⅓ cup of almond milk (or milk alternative) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle ¼ tsp cacao powder. Drizzle on 1 tsp of honey. Add fresh raspberries. Bon appetit!
