Are you bananas for coconuts? You’re just one bite away from a little taste of paradise. Be careful though. This banana, mango, and coconut blend may cause some pretty intense side effects, including excessive happiness, a strong urge to dance to reggae music, and sudden island wanderlust. How many bites will it take you to book a beach vacay? Only one way to find out 😉
What’s in it?
- 4 grain flakes (wheat, barley, rye, oats)
- banana chips
- coconut flakes
- dried mango
- sunflower seeds

Island lovers, this one’s for you. Island Muesli features all of your favorite tropical flavors in the form of crunchy and crispy Banana Chips, chewy and juicy Dried Mango pieces, and soft and sweet (but not too sweet) Coconut Flakes. Cashews and Almonds add texture and flavor, and little Date pieces add the perfect soft and sweet final touch.
Serving suggestions (on the haus)
- For a smoothie bowl: Blend together 1 frozen banana, ⅔ cup of frozen mango chunks, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp of honey, ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative) and a splash of light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative). Top with ⅓ cup island Muesli, fresh sliced bananas, and fresh mango slices. If mango isn’t available, add fresh blueberries. This is DELICIOUS.
- For overnight oats: Add ⅔ cup island Muesli to a bowl or jar. Add ⅓ cup light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative), ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative), ½ mashed fresh banana, ⅓ cup diced fresh mango, and 1 tsp honey. Stir it all together. Put it in the fridge overnight. Take it out the next morning, add fresh strawberry slices, and dig in!
- For oatmeal: Heat ⅓ cup of island Muesli and ⅓ cup of light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and top with fresh banana and mango slices. Peaches and blueberries make great toppings as well. Drizzle 1 tsp honey on top and enjoy!
Don’t forget: You can also keep it simple and just add milk/yogurt. 🙂
