Strawberry-banana is simply the happiest of flavors. That’s why happy Muesli features crispy Freeze-dried Strawberries and Banana Chips as its star ingredients. But stars can’t be stars without supporting characters. Sliced Almonds and Sunflower seeds add a nutty, happy crunch, and Coconut Flakes and Dates offer a soft and sweet final touch. Fruity, sweet, nutty, crispy, and crunchy! Is there a happier way to start the day? 

Serving suggestions (on the haus)

  • For a smoothie bowl: Blend together 1 frozen banana,  ½ cup of fresh strawberries, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp of honey, ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative) and a splash of light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative). Top with ⅓ cup happy Muesli, fresh sliced bananas, and fresh sliced strawberries. YUM. 
  • For overnight oats: Add ⅔ cup happy Muesli to a bowl or jar. Add ⅓ cup light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative), ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (or alternative), 1 tsp honey, 1 mashed fresh banana, and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Stir it all together. Put it in the fridge overnight. Take it out the next morning, add fresh strawberry slices, and enjoy! 
  • For oatmeal: Heat ⅓ cup of happy Muesli and ⅓ cup of light, unsweetened coconut milk (or milk alternative) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and top with fresh strawberry and banana slices. Drizzle 1 tsp honey on top and enjoy! 

Don’t forget: You can also keep it simple and just add milk/yogurt. 🙂
